RDP: BOD approved to postpone the holding of AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated June 03, 2021, the BOD of Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company approved the postponement of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 on June 18, 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

The time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be held until the appropriate time. The details will be informed later.
