QCG: Contributing capital to establish Diamond Bay

On June 08, 2021, Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the capital contribution to establish Diamond Bay Joint Stock Company with total value of VND149,975,000,000, equivalent to 14,997,500 shares, accounting for 25% charter capital of Diamond Bay Joint Stock Company.
