Petro Vietnam Securities Incorporated (PSI) announces its plan to issue bonds for the second phase in 2021 as follows:

-          Total issue value: 500,000,000,000 dongs

-          Bond term: 12 months

-          Bond form: book-entry

-          Par value: 100,000,000 dongs/bond

-          Expected issue date: in June 2021

-          Offering price: 100% par value

-          Interest rate: 9.0%/year
