PTB: Board resolution on distributing bonus shares On June 21, the Board of Directors of Phu Tai Joint Stock Company decided the time to distribute bonus shares to existing shareholders from the source of treasury shares to be July 20, 2021.
The Board of Directors approved the distribution of fractional shares and undistributed shares from the bonus stock issue to existing shareholders from the source of treasury shares as follows:
- Number of shares estimated to be distributed: 2,540,260 shares
- Number of shares distributed to shareholders: 2,536,688 shares
- Number of fractional shares and undistributed shares: 3,572 shares
- Object of distribution: the Labor Union of Phu Tai Joint Stock Company
- Distribution method: transferring the ownership through the Vietnam Securities Depository. HOSE
