PTB: Distributing shares to the Company’s Labor Union

To implement the plan for distributing bonus shares to existing shareholders from the source of treasury shares according to the Board resolution of Phu Tai Joint Stock Company (PTB), the Company reported the State Securities Commission (SSC) and received the approval from SSC for the distribution plan from the source of 2,540,260 treasury shares.

Accordingly, the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) distributed 2,536,688 PTB shares to existing shareholders. For 3,572 fractional shares and undistributed shares, Phu Tai Joint Stock Company will distribute to the Company’ Labor Union through the ownership transfer system of VSD on the date of distribution of bonus shares: July 20, 2021.
