HPG: Increasing capital for subsidiary

  The Board resolution dated June 21, 2021, the BOD of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company approved to contribute the additional capital in Hoa Phat Steel Product Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Additional contribution capital: VND2,000,000,000,000

-          Current charter capital of Hoa Phat Steel Product Joint Stock Company: VND3,500,000,000,000 (HPG contributed VND3,499,650,000,000, accounting for 99.99% charter capital of Hoa Phat Steel Product Joint Stock Company)

-          Charter capital after increasing: VND5,500,000,000,000 (HPG contributed VND5,499,650,000,000, accounting for 99.994% charter capital of Hoa Phat Steel Product Joint Stock Company.

-          Progress of capital contribution: before July 11, 2021.
