HPX: Approved the plan to borrow capital for Hai Phat – Binh Thuan

According to the June 21, 2021, the BOD of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company approved the plan for Hai Phat – Binh Thuan Company Limited to borrow capital, issuance guarantee, opening LC at the bank to implement and invest in the project.
