On June 07, 2021, the Board of Directors of International Gas Product Shipping Joint Stock Company approved to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing about the following issues:

-          Resignation of members and election replacement members in the Board of Directors;

-          Amending the Articles of Association;

-           Record date for the shareholder list: June 07, 2021.
