APG: BOD approved the record date to implement rights to buy shares

The Board resolution dated June 07, 2021, the Board of Directors of APG Securities Joint Stock Company approved the record date to implement rights to buy shares to existing shareholders:

-          Time for rights transference and payment: from June 29, 2021 to July 19, 2021

-          The rights should be transferred only once.
