VIC: BOD approved to postpone the holding of AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated May 27, 2021, the BOD of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company approved the postponement of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 on June 03, 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

The time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be held until the appropriate time. The details will be informed later.
