FUESSV50: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2021

SSIAM VNX50 ETF announces the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2021 of Investors dated April 29, 2021 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the report on performance in 2020 and plan for 2021.

Article 2: Approving the 2020 audited financial statements.

Article 3: Approving to authorize the Representative Board to choose one of four audit companies to audit the financial statements of SSIAM VNX50 ETF in 2021: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, KPMG.

Article 4: Approving the amendment to the Company's Charter.

Article 5: This resolution shall take effect from the date of signing.
