VCB: Resolution on the AGM 2021 Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Foreign Trade of Viet Nam announces the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2021, as follows:
1) Approving the report of the Board of Directors; the report of the Board of Supervisors; the audited financial statements in 2020; the report on business performance in 2020 and 2020 profit allocation.

Approving the business orientation in 2025-2030.
2) Approving the business plan in 2021.

3) Approving the remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2021.
4) Approving to authorize the Board of Directors to choose an independent audit firm.
5) Approving regulations of the BOD, & Supervisory Board.
6) Approving resignation of Mr. Eiji Sasaki, a Deputy CEO and a member of the BOD term 2018-2023 and the additional election of Mr. Shojiro Mizoguchi to the BOD for the term of 2018 - 2023.
7) Approving retirement of Ms. Truong Le Hien, a member of the Board of Supervisory term 2018-2023.
