BMC: BOD resolution on holding AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated April 28, 2021, the Board of Directors of Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the holding of Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

-          Record date: May 31, 2021

-          Meeting time:  Notice later

-          Meeting venue: Notice later.

2)      Approving the extension of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 to June 2021.
