On April 27, 2021, Tan Viet Securities Incorporation announced the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2021 to approve the following contents:

1)      To withdraw the securities business operation: derivative securities.

2)      To raise its charter capital from VND 1,080,000,000,000 to VND 2,700,000,000,000.
