TGG: The first Annual General Meeting of 2021 is unsuccessful

On April 29, 2021, the first Annual General Meeting 2021 of Truong Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company was organized. However, there were 05 shareholders present for 2,193,525 shares, equivalent to 8% in total shares of voting rights of the Company. Therefore, the first Annual General Meeting 2021 was not eligible to proceed. The Company will hold the second Annual General Meeting 2021 within 30 days from April 29, 2021.
