GEX: BOD approved to extend the time to hold AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated April 29, 2021, the BOD of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the extension of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021.

2)      Approving the plan to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021:

-          Meeting time: June 18, 2021

-          Meeting venue: Melia Hotel, No.44B Ly Thuong Kiet, Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

-          Record date: May 24, 2021

-          Content:

• Report on the BOD activities in 2020 and plan for 2021;
• Report on the business result in 2020 and business plan in 2021;
• Audited financial statements in 2020;
• Profit distribution in 2020;
• Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021;
• Other issues.
