On May 06, 2021, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (SGT) approved to borrow capital from the associated company Hung Yen Investment and Development Group Joint Stock Company, as follows:

-          Loan amount: VND540 billion

-          Interest rate: 1%/year

-          Loan term: 02 years.
