The Board resolution dated May 06, 2021, the BOD of Son Ha International Corporation approved to contribute capital to establish Son Ha Dong Nai Industrial zone Investment Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Company name: Son Ha Dong Nai Industrial zone Investment Joint Stock Company

-          Address: Floor 13^rd, Capital Place, 29 Lieu Giai Street, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: VND200,000,000,000 (SHI contributed VND60,000,000,000, accounting for 30% charter capital of Son Ha Dong Nai Industrial zone Investment Joint Stock Company).

-          To appoint Mr. Nhu Van Hoan as the representative of contributed capital of Son Ha International Corporation in Son Ha Dong Nai Industrial zone Investment Joint Stock Company.
