NHH: Contributing capital to buy shares of An Cuong Building Materials

  The Board resolution dated May 18, 2021, the BOD of Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company approved the additional capital contribution to buy shares of An Cuong High-Tech Building Materials Joint Stock Company ( An Cuong Building Materials.,JSC). Details are as follows:

-          Stock volume before the trading: 14,440,000 shares, accounting for 98.90% charter capital

-          Additional purchase volume: 5,000,000 shares

-          Purchase price: VND10,000/share

-          Holding rate and volume after the additional purchase: 19,440,000 shares, accounting for 99.18% charter capital.
