DXG: BOD resolution on transferring contributed capital in FBV

The Board resolution dated May 11, 2021, the BOD of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved to transfer the whole of contributed capital from FBV Construction Joint Stock Company to Dat Xanh E&C Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Transfer volume: 5,100,000,000 shares

-          Total value of transfer (based on par value): VND51,000,000,000

-          Transfer price: no less than the cost price.
