TCM: The record date for stock issuance

On May 12, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.954/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (stock code: TCM) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: May 20, 2021

-          Record date: May 21, 2021

1. Purpose:  a stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital;
2. Detailed contents:

-       Exercise ratio: 15%

The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 15 new shares

-       Estimated issue volume: 9,295,184 shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.

-       Place of implementation:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company.
