MSH: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the 2020 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  May 14, 2021

-          Payment date: May 25, 2021

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 30%/ par value

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company as from May 25, 2021.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
