HOSE announces the record date for the dividend payment of Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3:

Ex-right date:                         May 13, 2021   

Record date:                            May 14, 2021   

Purpose                                   for the payment for the last phase of 2020 and the first phase of 2021 dividend in cash

Dividend pay-out ratio:           20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share) in which:

-          The payment for the last phase of 2020: 17.80%/par value

-          The payment for the first phase of 2021: 2.20%/par value

Payment date:                          May 27, 2021            

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 as from May 27, 2021.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
