HDG: BOD resolution on transferring shares

 The Board resolution dated May 11, 2021, the Board of Directors of Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      To transfer the whole of shares in Ha Do 1 Joint Stock Company with 2,561,323 shares, equivalent to 51.007% charter capital of Ha Do 1 Joint Stock Company.

2)      To transfer the whole of shares in Ha Do Mechanical and Electrical – Industrial Equipment Joint Stock Company with 1,021,020 shares, equivalent to 51.00% charter capital of Ha Do Mechanical and Electrical – Industrial Equipment Joint Stock Company.
