TS4: TS4 to be put under special supervision

According to Decision No.264/QD-SGDHCM and Announcement No.909/TB-SGDHCM dated May 07, 2021 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the stock TS4 of Seafood Joint Stock Company No 4 will be put under special supervision status as from May 14, 2021.      

Reason: Seafood Joint Stock Company No 4 continued violating the regulations on information disclosure after being put under the supervision.  

TS4 shares will be traded only in the afternoon session as from May 14, 2021.
