DTA: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2021

De Tam Joint Stock Company (DTA) announced the resolution of 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 28, 2021 with following key contents:

1)      Approving the report of the Board of Directors.

2)      Approving the business performance in 2020, plan for 2021 by the Directorate Board.

3)      Approving the report of the Board of Supervisors.

4)      Approving the 2020 audited financial statements of De Tam Joint Stock Company.

5)      Approving the document on choosing an audit company for DTA in 2021.

6)      Approving the report on profit distribution in 2020 and plan for 2021

7)      Approving the remuneration of member of Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in 2020 and 2021.
