BCM: BOD approved to postpone the holding of AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated May 13, 2021, the BOD of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation approved the postponement to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 on May 28, 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

The time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be held until the appropriate time. The details will be informed later.
