PXI: Notice of postponement of the holding of AGM 2021

On May 12, 2021, Petroleum Industrial and Civil Construction Joint Stock Company announces the postponement to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

The time of Annual General Meeting 2021 will be held until the appropriate time that will take place before June 30, 2021. The details will be informed later.
