VOS: VOS changed from warning status to supervision status

On April 06, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued Decision No.188/QD-SGDHCM to change the shares of Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company (stock code: VOS) from warning status to supervision status as of April 13, 2021.

Reason: The undistributed profit after tax until 12/31/2019 was -733.93 billion dongs, and the after-tax profit was -187.25 billion dongs, according to VOS’s 2020 audited consolidated financial statements.
