DXV: DXV still in the warning status
On March 18, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.120/QD-SGDHCM to put the shares of Da Nang Construction Building Materials Vicem Joint Stock Company (stock code: DXV) into warning status as of March 25, 2020.
On March 31, 2021, Da Nang Construction Building Materials Vicem Joint Stock Company (code: DXV) disclosed it’s the 2020 audited financial statements. Accordingly, its after-tax profit was 106 million dongs, its undistributed after-tax profit at 12/31/2020 was -6.4 billion dongs, and there was an except-for opinion by auditors.
Therefore, according to the Listing Regulations by HOSE, HOSE continues to remain the warning status for the stock DXV.
