The Board resolution dated April 22, 2021, Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Hua Trong Nghi as Director cum Legal Representative from April 22, 2021.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Cong Minh as Deputy Director from April 22, 2021.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hung as Director cum Legal Representative from April 22, 2021.

4)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ngoc as Deputy Director from April 22, 2021.

5)      Approving the establishment of Internal Audit Department.

6)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Loan as Head of Internal Audit Department.
