DBD: Personnel change

On April 20, 2021, Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr.  Ta Nam Binh as Head of Audit Committee of the Company from April 20, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Quang Viet as Head of Audit Committee of the Company from April 20, 2021.
