The Board resolution dated April 15, 2021, the BOD of KS Securities Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Trinh Vi Dat as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from April 16, 2021.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Tong Sang as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from April 16, 2021
