The Board resolution dated April 22, 2021, Thuan Duc Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:
1) Approving the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Kim Anh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from April 22, 2021.
2) Approving the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Kim Anh as Deputy Chief Executive Officer from April 22, 2021.
3) Approving the appointment of Mr. Bui The Quyen as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from April 22, 2021.
