Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company received the decision of the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated April 05, 2021 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration & other: 12,690,886 dongs

-          Value added tax arrears: 3,703,920,993 dongs

-          Late payment: 2,897,389,625 dongs.
