The Board resolution dated April 16, 2021, the BOD of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company approved to implement the selling of treasury shares as follows:

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Selling volume: 9,722,450 shares

-          Trading method: order matching or put through

-          Trading period: within 30 days after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

Selling purpose: to raise capital for implementing the investment and development plan in 2021.
