The Board resolution dated April 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company approved the dossier of registration for stock issuance to pay dividends, including:

-          Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders approved the stock issuance plan to pay dividends;

-          Audited consolidated financial statements in 2020;

-          Other relevant documents.
