D2D: Contributing additional capital in BOT 319 Cuong Thuan CTI

The Board resolution dated April 19, 2021, the BOD of Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 (D2D) approved to contribute the additional capital in BOT 319 Cuong Thuan CTI Joint Stock Company to implement the project “Extended Road 319 and intersection between Road 319 and Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway” due to adjustment of capital structure for project implementation.

-          Additional contribution capital: 2,887,700,000 dongs

-          Implementation time: April 2021

Total value of contributed capital of D2D in BOT 319 Cuong Thuan CTI Joint Stock Company is 22,127,700,000 dongs (accounting for 10% charter capital of BOT 319 Cuong Thuan CTI Joint Stock Company).
