FUCTVGF1: Resolution on the AGM 2021

TVAM Growth Fund (FUCTVGF1) announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2021 dated April 23, 2021 with the following contents:

1)      Approving the fund representative activities report in 2020 and plan for 2021.

2)      Approving the audited financial statements in 2020.

3)      Approving the selection of Ernst & Young Vietnam Com Ltd as the auditor for the financial statements in 2021.

4)      Approving the cost and remuneration of the fund representative Board in 2021: 75,000,000 dongs.

5)      Approving no implementing to distribute the 2020 revenue.
