ATG: Resolution on the AGM 2020 An Truong An Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting 2020 dated April 20, 2021 with the following contents:
1) The AGM approved the report from the BOD in 2019 and plan for 2020.
2) The AGM approved the business result in 2020 and business plan in 2021.
3) The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2019.
4) The AGM approved the profit distribution and dividend payment in 2019.
5) The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2019 and plan for 2020.
6) The AGM approved the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020.
7) The AGM approved the resignation of Mr. Le Dinh Kinh as Head of Supervisory Board, and Mrs. Tran Thi Mai Xuan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
8) The AGM approved the company will not continue to invest and withdraw in Son My Industrial Park Investment Construction and Trading Infrastructure Limited Company (IPICO).
9) The AGM approved the company will not continue to invest and withdraw in Tourism Area – entertainment at tourist area No. 4 - Quy Nhon – Song Cau service tourist route.
10) The AGM approved the move of the company’s head office from Binh Dinh to Hochiminh City.
11) The AGM approved the use of source of financing from the divestment in Son My Industrial Park Investment Construction and Trading Infrastructure Limited Company (IPICO) and the company will use this amount to invest in housing and office building projects at 670 Hung Vuong, Quy Nhon and Binh Dinh.
