The Board resolution dated April 23, 2021, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Cargo Service approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

-          Record date: May 13, 2021

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Meeting time:  June 18, 2021

-          Meeting venue: Notice later.

-          Content:

• Approving the business result in 2020 and business plan in 2021;
• Approving the report on the BOD activities in 2020;
• Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2020;
• Approving the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021;
• Other issues.
