DGC: Board resolution on stock dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Duc Giang Chemicals Group Joint Stock Company approved a plan for the 2020 dividend payment as follows:

−        Stock name: Stock of Duc Giang Chemicals Group Joint Stock Company

−        Stock type: common stock

−        Par value: VND10,000/share

−        Total issued volume: 148,766,943 shares

−        Outstanding volume: 148,766,070 shares

−        Treasury shares: 873 shares

−        Estimated issue volume: 22,314,910 shares

−        Total issue value: VND223,149,100,000.

−        Issue ratio: 15% (those who own 20 shares will receive 03 new shares)   

−        Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit

−        Issue date: in April or May 2021

−        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 102 shares. Shareholder A will receive: 102 x 3 = 15.3 shares. After rounded down, the real number of shares shareholder A receives will be 15 shares. The fractional part (0.3) will be cancelled.
