PVD: PVD delays the dividend payment

On December 28, 2020, the Board of Directors of PetroVietNam Drilling & Well Service Corporation approved to delay the 2019 dividend payment until Quarter 1 of 2021. However, the Corporation has not completed procedures with the Committee for Management of State Capital, and the dividend payment for 2019 has yet to be implemented. Therefore, PetroVietNam Drilling & Well Service Corporation will continue delaying the 2019 dividend payment in 2021.
