The Board resolution dated March 31, 2021, the BOD of Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to establish the Internal Audit Board under the Board of Directors.

2)      Approving to appoint Mrs. Luong Thi Quynh Hoa as Head of Internal Audit Board of the Company from April 01, 2021.
