CMV: Board Resolution 31 Mar 2021

On March 31, 2021, the Board of Directors of Camau Trading Joint Stock Company (stock code: CMV) approved the following issues:

1)      To delay the Annual General Meeting of fiscal year 2020 of Camau Trading Joint Stock Company before June 30, 2021.

2)      To dissolve the branch of Camau Trading Joint Stock Company in Hau Giang:

-          Branch address: Hamlet 9, Vi thang, Vi Thuy, Hau Giang Province

3)      To approve the resignation letter of Mr. Do Cao Son as Head of the Board of Supervisor. The resignation will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting for approval.
