1) The Board of Directors of Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company approved the plan for holding the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:
- Record date: March 26, 2021
- Exercise ratio: 01 common share – 01 voting right
- Meeting date: April 22, 2021
- Meeting venue: Emi Palace, 6 Le Qui Don, Binh Tho ward, Thu Duc district.
2) The Board of Directors approved the clean water wholesale agreements and price units from 2017 to 2021.
