ACC: BMJ is no longer a subsidiary of ACC

On February 18, 2021, ACC Binh Duong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: ACC) completed the transfer of 17,918,400 purchase rights for BMJ shares, and on February 25, 2021 Easterns AHP Minerals Joint Stock Company (Upcom: BMJ) finished the public offering to the existing shareholders. The ownership ratio of ACC at BMJ after the public offering is 14.932%/charter capital. Therefore, Easterns AHP Minerals Joint Stock Company is no longer a subsidiary of ACC Binh Duong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company from February 25, 2021.
