TCO: BOD resolution dated March 29, 2021

The Board resolution dated March 29, 2021, the BOD of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the Resignation Letter of Mr. Le Thai Cuong as member cum Deputy Chairman of BOD. Accordingly, Mr. Le Thai Cuong is no longer member of BOD from March 29, 2021.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tung as Deputy Chief Excutive Office.

3)      Approving the audited separate and consolidated financial statements in 2020 by VACO Auditing Company Limited.

4)      Approving the business plan in 2021:

-          Consolidated revenue: 200 billion dongs

-          Consolidated profit after tax: 18 billion dongs.
