KPF: BOD approved the result of stock offering The Board resolution dated March 30, 2021, the BOD of Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) Approving the result of public offering:

2) Approving the result of stock issuance to pay dividends, private placement and public offering:
