KBSV: Legal Representative resignation

    On March 18, 2021, KB Securities Vietnam Joint Stock Company received the adjustment License of the Company’s Establishment and Operation No.10/GPDC – UBCK by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) regarding the termination of the status of Legal Representative to Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoan. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoan is no longer a Legal Representative of KB Securities Vietnam Joint Stock Company from March 18, 2021.
